Ever wonder how PAMCANI got started? Although our history as an association stretches back many decades through a variety of predecessor organizations, PAMCANI as we know it came into existence in 1995 after the mergers of the Aurora-Elgin, Fox Valley and DuPage contractor associations over the course of several years.

In early 2006 the PHCC of Lake & McHenry Counties – which had been managed by and had worked collaboratively with PAMCANI for many years – voted to merge to form this one dynamic and progressive organization of union plumbing and mechanical contractors.

Today PAMCANI serves and represents nearly 400 contractors throughout DuPage, DeKalb, Kane, Kendall, Lake and McHenry Counties.

The Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Authority of Northern Illinois is comprised of industry professionals dedicated to providing the safest and highest quality plumbing, heating and cooling services available in Northern Illinois.
