The new 3-year collective bargaining agreement between PAMCANI and UA Local 501 (2009 to 2012) was ratified (accepted) at the association’s meeting/vote on June 27, 2009. The new contract is therefore effective back to June 21, 2009 (there was no other “retro” involved).
The new Wage Scale Rates for Journeyman and Apprentices (effective June 21 to December 31, 2009) is also posted
here on the PAMCANI website. It will be mailed and emailed to all contractors who hire from Local 501.
