Third – sixth grade students living in the DuPage, DeKalb, Kane and Kendall Counties
were invited to submit entries in the Be A Water Cop - Save Every Drop
poster contest sponsored by PAMCANI.
Posters are to show water conservation in action to underscore the need for everyone to conserve
one of our most important of all natural resources.
This contest takes place twice each year, once in Chicago’s north and northwest suburbs
and once in the western suburbs.
A $500 savings bond is awarded to the student with the Grand Prize winning
poster. In addition, a $2,000 CDW gift certificate will be awarded to that student's
school!
